Eligible and interested candidates are requested to submit their CV with a cover letter including a recent PP-size photograph, duly attested photocopy of all academic certificates, experience certificates and national ID card addressing to “Director- HRM & PMEL, CSS Head Office, 82 Rupsha Strand Road, Natun Bazar, Khulna-9100”. Please write the name of applied position on envelop and also mention mobile number in the CV. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview. Any attempt to influence the process of recruitment will result in disqualification. CSS authority holds the right to accept or reject any interview or all applications without giving any reasons. No TA/DA will be given to candidates for the interview purpose. All candidates will have to pay Tk. 300/- (nonrefundable) as registration & exam fee on the day of interview. Candidates who have relatives working in CSS are discouraged to apply. Email Copy is not acceptable.

We are currently seeking for an experienced Director-HRM & PMEL who will be responsible for developing, managing and supervising policies/regulations related to employee functions and management as well as program planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning.
CSS is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), registered with NGO Affairs Bureau, working in multi sectors such as disaster response, primary and secondary health care, formal & non-formal education, technical and vocational education, micro enterprise development, women empowerment & gender equality, water & sanitation, child care homes & orphanages, child labor & trafficking, HIV/AIDs etc. The overall purpose of the organization is to lift the marginalized population out of the cycle of poverty and envisions a society free from discrimination and injustice where men and women equally contribute to the overall development process.
CSS is a humanitarian and socio-economic development organization working in Bangladesh since 1972, immediately after the liberation war that cost 3 million lives and huge loss of country’s infrastructure. Deeply moved by seeing the miseries of the war affected nation, Reverend Paul Munshi founded CSS to revive new hope and aspiration among the dispirited people of this country. Even in early days, when Bangladesh was basically an aid dependent country, our Founder Chairman focused on the importance of skill development training in order to create employment and livelihood opportunities.
