SAJIDA’s Management Trainee Program is designed to provide talented and dynamic graduates the opportunity to make a difference through a fast-track career path in the development sector. The program is a great opportunity to build expertise through an immersive training experience inclusive of on-the-job training, classroom training and one-on-one mentoring. The Management Trainees will be nurtured and trained to unlock their potential through extensive field works and activities.
Department/Program: Microfinance
Program Overview:
Professional Experience: The MTOs are full-time employees, making significant contributions to the microfinance program, while building network and knowledge across microfinance operation. They need to join field interventions, where they work on the frontlines of SAJIDA’s operations, learning key aspects of our work and directly engage with program participants.
Leadership Development: The MTOs develop the foundational knowledge to contribute to the microfinance program and the competencies to lead. Activities range from leadership and professional development workshops to networking, mentorship and conversations with SAJIDA’s management.
Coaching & Mentoring: MTOs will directly work with the COO and Directors of Microfinance program and will have designated mentors for their assigned roles and responsibilities.
Educational Requirements

- Minimum 4 years’ graduation in any subject/discipline from UGC approved reputed university with at least CGPA 3.0 out of 4.00 and minimum GPA 4.5 out 5.00 in SSC, HSC and equivalent levels.
Experience Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to Apply. 1-2 years experience will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and working knowledge of computer applications especially in MS Office and internet.
- Must be a Bangladeshi Citizen and not over 28 years old as on October, 2023.
- Mindset & fitness for extensive traveling around Bangladesh. 1 year of field posting and periodical posting outside of Dhaka.
Placement Policy & Compensation:
Selected MTOs shall remain on probation for a period of 1(one) year with consolidated salary of TK 55,000/- per month. During probation period, the MTOs will have to go through rigorous on-the-job training program. On satisfactory completion of probation period, the MTOs will be confirmed as Permanent Staff in the regular scale of the company with other admissible benefits. The job placement can be any SAJIDA Foundation Branch Offices across Bangladesh.
