Production Manager (Concrete Block Plant/Factory)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to: –

• Should have technical knowledge and experience in Block Manufacturing technique, System, process and procedure.
• Responsible to prepare daily Monthly and yearly production plan effectively according to market demand.
• Responsible for daily production and achievement of daily production target with quality standards
• Ensure production as per planning.
• Ensure that Optimum utilization of man, machine & material.
• Maintain production and QC productivity at optimum level.
• Always have to communicate with the Management, Sales and planning team and solve every production issue related to Market demand and planning
• Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Ensure standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests, methods, and procedures.
• Formulate work schedules for the production team and communicate expected deliverables to achieve the production targets and objectives.
• Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering and Technical departments for smooth execution of order.
• Keep close monitoring on production materials stock condition for assigned business units and take necessary initiative to avoid any production and technical disruption.
• Monitor the planning for product delivery & receive and execute so that the process completed timely.
• Confirm schedule of delivery with marketing department to ensure on time delivery and promote store efficiency.
• Production planning / Machine layout / Target setting.
• Must be target oriented.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum Ten (10) year(s) experience in a relevant field.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Concrete Block Manufacturing Company.

Additional Requirements:

• Age Minimum 35 year(s)
• Excellent knowledge on Block manufacturing industries.
• Should have proven experience in the related field.
• Should be honest and hard working
• Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
• Good command in Bengali and English.
• Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.

Job Location: Gazaria, Munshigonj (Near of Daudkanti Bridge)

Salary: Negotiable
