    The selected candidates will be required to appear for the examination conducted by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK or Society for Actuaries, USA. The Company will reimburse course materials and examination fees upon successful completion of the exams.

    Position: Executives for Call Center

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Dealing with clients and collect customer information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information to provide highest quality of service to the customers over the phone.
    • Promptly responding to client’s queries efficiently & effectively.
    • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
    • To handle customers in a professional manner.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
    • Communicate directly with customers by phone or e-mail; visit customers as and when required.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

    Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

    Experience: Should have at least 5 years work experience in the related field.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Knowledge of insurance will be preferable.
    • Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed, soft-spoken & gentle.
    • Should be self-motivated, organized and disciplined.
    • Should have patience and good negotiation capability.
    • Keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
    • Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications.
    • Should have good analytical ability, good communication skills in English – both written & verbal.

    Age: 25 to 35 years.

    Salary Range: Negotiable
