Best Electronics Limited – One of the leading Electronics Home Appliances Retailer & Manufacturer is searching for dynamic Sales Professional as the Showroom Manager at Countrywide expanding Multi-brand Retail Showroom. Best Electronics is selling world renowned branded products as Hitachi, Sharp, Conion whirlpool, Panasonic, Hisense, Philips, Midea & so many others cash & credit.
Job Title: Manager (Showroom)
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee our electronics showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and a proven track record in retail management. This role involves driving sales performance, managing a team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team culture.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and operational activities for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of electronics products and trends is a plus.
