Golden Ispat Limited has started commercial production from September 2017. This is a fully automatic re-rolling mill which is producing 500W TMT Bar from it’s own Billet production facility. The annual Billet production capacity of the plant is 185,000 Metric Tons and the annual TMT Bar production capacity is 250,000 Metric Tons.
Continuous casting is used to manufacture uniform billets quickly and efficiently. Billets are processed into various sizes of rebar in the company’s own rolling mills. In addition, Golden Steel supplies high quality steel billets of variable length, profile and chemistry.
Golden Ispat is a leading producer of hot rolled reinforcing bars (rebar). It is typically produced as a deformed round in straight lengths. Deformed rounds have ridges to provide greater adherence to the concrete. The company’s rebar is regarded as a premium quality product due to the sourcing of high quality billets from its own steel plant, the state of the art assets used in the manufacturing process and the implementation of internal quality control procedure. We are producing rebars in different sizes (8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 28mm, 32mm) of both Golden Ispat 500W & 60 Grade.
Golden Ispat’s annual rebar production capacity is around 300000 Metric tons.
