    Name of Post: Assistant Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Planning for Business Development under the Branch.
    • Recruiting & Training of the Financial Associates & Unit Managers of the Branch.
    • Leading & Supervising the Sales Team of the Branch.
    • Developing Networks for Selling Life Insurance Products & Services.
    • Ensuring the Best Services to the Policyholders under the Branch.
    • Minimizing Company Risks by Ensuring Transparency.
    • Developing the Brand of the Company.
    • Achieving Business Target.

    Job Nature: Full Time

    Job Location: Dhaka, Mymensingh, Sylhet and Barishal Division.

    Requirements:

    Education: Minimum Graduation from any reputed University.
    Experience: At least 5 years
    The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing job.

    Job Requirements:

    • Age: Minimum 30 years.
    • Applicants having experience with any multinational Life Insurance firm will be given priority
    • Educational requirements will be relaxed for experienced candidates

    Salary: Negotiable
