We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry/ Time Sharing Type Hotel. This candidate should have at least 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company

Job Responsibilities:

• Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
• Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
• Worked as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets
• Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target
• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
• Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
• Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others
• Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets
• Corporate sales planning and implementation
• Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers
• To hire, select & train up the team member to create better sales personnel(s)
• To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop
• Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
• Any other task assigned by Management.

Experience Requirements:

• At most 5 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Direct Sales, Marketing and Sales, Tele Marketing, Real Estate Marketing.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Sound knowledge about sales & marketing.
• Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target.
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral
• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
• Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
• Computer knowledge is the must.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary & Other Benefits:

• Salary: 30000.00 to 60000.00 Taka
• Mobile bill, T/A, Performance bonus
• Festival Bonus: 2
• As per Company Policy
