Officer / Sr. Officer Ticketing & Reservation

Location: Naya-Paltan, Dhaka-1000.
Special Requirements:
- Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus (GDS).
- Fare search, Fare quote, Make Booking, Issuing tickets, Re-Issue, Cancellation, Void tickets, Process Refunds, Re-valid Tickets, Issue EMD, Issue Group Tickets etc.
Job Requirements:
- Age 20 to 35 years.
- Both Males and Females are allowed to apply.
- Able to speak & understand English.
- IATA certifications or Training/Trade Course: Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a reputed Travel Agency.
- Airlines Related Person will be preferable.
Skills Required: Airline’s ticketing & Reservation, Computer Skill, Language skills both in Bengali and English. Microsoft Office, Dealing with Airlines Staff’s, and Customer.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Ticketing & Reservation.
- Hajj & Umrah related PNR Bookings.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Travel Agencies.
- Proven working experience as a ticketing and reservation
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 Taka (Depend on Experience)
Other Benefits:
- Mobile Bill Allowance.
- Salary Review: Yearly.
