Job Context:

• Training for the Japanese and Bangladeshi IT Job Market
• B-JET (Bangladesh Japan ICT Engineers’ Training Program)
• This opportunity is only for genuinely willing candidates.
• No payment is required (JICA will bear the cost of tuition).
• This exclusive Bangladesh and Japan ICT engineers training program will be organized by JICA and Bangladesh Computer Council which is funded by JICA and will be conducted with the technical support of a reputed private company.
• The main objective of this training program is to develop Bangladeshi ICT engineers with skill set of Japanese language, IT skills (including ITEE certification) and Japanese business manner so that they can work in Japan or with Japanese companies in Bangladesh. If you can successfully complete this training you may have the opportunity to get selected for your desired job in Japan as well as in Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements:

• Degree (Bachelor, Master) in CSE or IT related subjects.
• ITEE Level 2 (FE) Certified candidates will get preference
• Non IT Graduate candidates require ITEE (FE) Certification or at least 2 years or more working experience in Software development track to apply in the B-JET Program

Requirements:

• Candidates with 2 years or more working experience in programming/ software development will get preference, fresher can also apply.
• Skill as ICT engineer (ICT Skill will be evaluated by written exam and VIVA)
• (Ex. Considerable knowledge in modern programming languages, good problem solving ability, good knowledge on Object Oriented Programming and design, etc.)
• Strong interest in learning Japanese language. Also good to have better communication skill in English.
• Willingness to work in japan.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Regularly participate in the training.
• Trainee must have the dedication and adaptive mindset to learn the Japanese language and culture.
• Trainee will strictly maintain the below mentioned training schedule:
• Training duration: 3 months
• Days: Sunday to Thursday of every week
• Time: 9:00 a.m. To 4:10 p.m.
• Training start date: 24 June 2018
