Job Title: Bengali Subject Teacher (O-Level).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach Bengali at the O Level.
• Develop and deliver engaging O-Level lesson plans.
• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Modify O-level curriculum and instructional strategies as required for student development.
• Design, monitor, and assess O-Level student progress.
• Integrate technology and up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Participate in curriculum development and improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
• Participate in school-related activities and events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bengali or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). A background of O/A levels will be an additional qualification.
• Teaching certification and accreditation. CIE-trained teachers will have extra preferences.
• Proven 3-5 Years’ experience in teaching Bengali at the O level or equivalent, with in-depth knowledge of the O Level Bengali curriculum and assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for student success.
