    রিসোর্স ইন্টিগ্রেশন সেন্টার (রিক) একটি জাতীয় পর্যায়ে বেসরকারী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা । বর্তমানে সংস্থার বিভিন্ন কর্ম এলাকা (ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম, রাজশাহী, রংপুর, খুলনা ও বরিশাল বিভাগের বিভিন্ন জেলায়) চলমান ঋণ কর্মসূচীর কর্ম এলাকা সম্প্রসারনের নিমিত্তে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে জনবল নিয়োগের জন্য আগ্রাহী প্রার্থীদের নিকট থেকে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে ।

    RIC Established as a non-government organisation in 1981, RIC was founded by a group of distinguished social workers eager to support national development efforts in Bangladesh. Commencing operation with a relief, rehabilitation and financial assistance programme for rural women, RIC developed a traditional focus on rural sector development, targeting, in particular, women. Since that time, through innovation, dedication and hard work, RIC has been able to progress and diversify; to become a national-level NGO active across the country and in many development areas.

    Today, RIC has thousands of employees and is able to mobilise many more volunteers to achieve development goals; from the isolated islands of the Bay of Bengal to poverty-stricken neighbourhoods in the heart of the capital city, RIC has established a solid reputation based on the achievement of tangible development outcomes. Working together with minority ethnic groups, working children and their guardians, the poor, the landless or the elderly, to name a few of the groups our projects have assisted; and through the formation of strategic alliances and partnerships with all levels of government, donor agencies, other NGOs and stakeholders, RIC has been able to realise its goal of facilitating development for Bangladesh and Bangladeshis.

    RIC’s vision is to establish a happy and prosperous Bangladesh based on equal rights and strong democratic values.

    MiSSION

    • RIC’s mission is to alleviate poverty through human resource mobilization and socio-economic development in its broadest sense.
    • RIC aims to stabilize and improve the quality of life of people at the grassroots level of society and to ensure the steady rise of the Human Development Index through the promotion of socio-economic progress.
    • RIC believes in the realization of human rights (including gender equity) by fostering political and self-empowerment for the most disadvantaged in our community.

    OBJECTIVE

    RIC’s Mission includes specific broader objectives which are directly related to the goals of program implementation:
    • To support the overall socio-economic development of marginalized communities in Bangladesh through the provision of microfinance intervention and social support services.
    • To provide education to reduce illiteracy in the population.
    • To develop the unemployed as a productive force and promote self-reliance by generating employment opportunities.
    • To ensure the effective utilization of local resources for social development.
    • To raise the awareness of target populations, mobilize and include them in social development activities.
    • To support people affected with humanitarian crisis
    • To rehabilitate the landless and the helpless.
    • To initiate program to support mothers and children.
    • To undertake different training program for human resource development.
    • To prepare the community to cope with and rapidly recover from natural disasters.
    • To bring about changes at policy level and contribute to the National Plan of Action on Ageing.
