Unit Manager – Cards Operations
An exciting career opportunity awaits you at Maldives Islamic Bank PLC. We are seeking suitable candidates for our Unit Manager – Cards Operations vacancy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Efficient management of the Bank’s Cards Operations Function across both Physical and Digital Platforms for both Issuing and Acquiring part of the Business.
- independently managing the end-to-end Operation Processes of the Bank related to the International Schemes (VISA, MasterCard, UPI, etc.) including its day-to-day activities (i.e. Card Production, Payments & Settlements, Dispute Resolutions & Chargebacks, etc.).
- Providing leadership, training and supervision within the department, and promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations, both internally and externally.
