চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- As staff nurse the incumbent, under general supervision of the charge nurse, is responsible to the Manager, Nursing Services for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans,
- He/she carry out patient care and co- ordinate with related departments within limits of patient care issue in a particular shift.
- He/she will be responsible for assessing patient’s needs of personal hygiene, scheduling appointments, ordering and administering medication as prescribed and attends to all other needs of the patient.

- HSC or equivalent (Second Division or GPA – 3.00).
- B.Sc/ Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery/ Orthopedic
- Experience in computer operation (M.S Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) may be preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to contribute and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated involvement in professional development of self and others.
- Knowledge of and involvement in evidence based practice through quality improvement.
- Punctuality in attendance and attention to patient care.
- Experience in Cardiac ICU/CCU/Cardiac OT/ Cath Lab/Cardiac Emergency may be preferred.

ইব্রাহিম কার্ডিয়াকের ওয়েব সাইট (www.ibrahimcardiac.org.bd) থেকে Online Application ফরম পূরণ করতে হবে। লিংকে (https://forms.gle/SXytTKLUBS9fQ8fk7) ক্লিক করে জিমেইল (Gmail) এ লগইন এর মাধ্যমে Online Application ফরমটি পাওয়া যাবে। সার্কুলারে উল্লেখিত ফরমের মূল্য বিকাশ নম্বর ০১৭১৪০০৬৭০৫ এ পরিশোধ করতে হবে এবং বিকাশের মাধ্যমে টাকা পাঠানোর পর যে কনফার্ম ম্যাসেজ আসে সেখানে উল্লেখিত TRX ID নম্বরটি এবং যে নম্বর থেকে বিকাশে টাকা পাঠানো হয়েছে, সে নম্বরটি Online Application এর নির্দিষ্ট জায়গায় লিখতে হবে। আবেদন ফরমের সাথে নিম্নলিখিত কপিসমূহের স্কেন কপি অবশ্যই আপলোড করে (ফাইল সাইজ অবশ্যই 1 MB এর কম হতে হবে) সাবমিট করতে হবে:
(১) সম্প্রতি তোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি
(২) ডিপ্লোমা ইন নার্সিং অথবা বি.এস.সি ইন নার্সিং এর সনদ
(৩) জতীয় পরিচয় পত্র
(৪) ইব্রাহিম কার্ডিয়াকে আবেদন করার অনুমতি পত্র (শুধুমাত্র বাংলাদেশ ডায়াবেটিক সমিতির অন্তর্ভূক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান সমূহে কর্মরত প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য)।
বি. দ্র.: বাংলাদেশ ডায়াবেটিক সমিতির অন্তর্ভূক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠান সমূহে কর্মরত প্রার্থীদেরকে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি নিয়ে আবেদন করতে হবে এবং অনুমতি পত্র যথাস্থানে আপলোড করতে হবে।
শুধুমাত্র বাছাইকৃত প্রার্থীদেরকে লিখিত পরীক্ষা / সাক্ষাৎকার প্রদানের জন্য আহবান করা হবে। সাক্ষাৎকার বোর্ডে সকল সনদের মূলকপি প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
