২০১৮ সালের সিলেট বিভাগের শ্রেষ্ট কলেজ হিসেবে স্বকৃতিপ্রাপ্ত বিএএফ শাহীন কলেজ শমশেরনগর-এ নিন্মবর্ণিত শূন্য পদে সরকারি বিধি মোতাবেক সম্পূর্ণ স্থায়ী / অস্থায়ীভাবে প্রভাষক / সহকারী শিক্ষক পদে নিয়োগের উদ্দেশ্যে যোগ্য প্রার্থীদের নিকট হতে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে ।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতাঃ
- প্রভাষক (বাংলা – ০১ স্থায়ী, তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি – ০১ স্থায়ী, পদার্থ বিজ্ঞান – ০১অস্থায়ী, রসায়ন – ০১ অস্থায়ী, গণিত – ০১ অস্থায়ী) – স্বকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ০৪ বছর মেয়াদি ২য় শ্রেণির অনার্স ডিগ্রীসহ ২য় শ্রেণির স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রী অথবা স্বকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ০৪ বছর মেয়াদি ২য় শ্রেনি/সমমান স্নাতক (সম্মান) ডিগ্রী ।
- সহকারী শিক্ষক (বাংলা – ০১ স্থায়ী) – স্বকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রী ।
- সহকারী শিক্ষক (প্রাথমিক শাখা – ০১ স্থায়ী) – স্বকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে স্নাতক ডিগ্রী/সমমান ।
