Requirements:

Education:

MBBS with any post graduate degree or MBBS with minimum 7 to 10 years administrative/ teaching experience.
Preference will be given to retired Principals/Vice Principals/Teachers from Government Institutes of Medical Technology

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the organization, including routine tasks such as Class & Exam Schedule, Class monitoring, Teacher & Staff monitoring, and communication with higher authorities, students, guardians & regulatory authorities.
Develop and implement strategic plans for all departments in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
Ensure the team is well-trained and stays current with technological advancements and institute best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, and implement necessary changes to maintain adherence.
Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new medical technologies and equipment to improve diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.
Collaborate with other departments, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to enhance interdisciplinary communication and cooperation.
Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external partners regarding medical technology initiatives and updates.
Stay current with advancements in medical technology and healthcare by participating in relevant conferences, workshops, and continuing education.
Encourage and support the ongoing professional development of the medical technology team
