The Company operates in various business segments through Strategic Business Units [SBUs] and Joint Venture Companies [JVCs]. It is the market leader in Industrial Greases & Specialty Lubricants, Steel Barrel, Corporate Travel and Logistics Services. The Company also has significant presence in most of the other businesses it operates in, namely, Refinery & Oil Field Services [ROFS], Chemicals, Logistics Infrastructure, Cold Chain etc.

The Company is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to man key role on Retainership Basis as per details given below :-

Location /Period of engagement / Retainership Fee: 21, Netaji Subhas Road, Kolkata, West Bengal- 00001 Initially for One year, extendable by further one year, subject to satisfactory performance.
Retainership Fee: Negotiable as per rules of the Company

COMPENSATION
Selected candidates will be placed on Retainership basis initially for One year, extendable by further one year, subject to satisfactory performance. Retainership fee will be as per the rules of the company.

রাষ্ট্রায়ত্ত সংস্থা বামার লরি অ্যান্ড কোম্পানি লিমিটেডে কর্মী নিয়োগ করা হবে। শুক্রবার এই মর্মে সংস্থার ওয়েবসাইটে নিয়োগ-বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। জানানো হয়েছে, নিযুক্তদের কর্মস্থল হবে কলকাতা। এর জন্য আগ্রহীদের থেকে শুধুমাত্র অনলাইনেই আবেদন গ্রহণ করা হবে।
সংস্থায় নিয়োগ করা হবে পার্ট টাইম চিফ মেডিক্যাল অ্যাডভাইসর এবং পার্ট টাইম মেডিক্যাল অ্যাডভাইসর পদে। মোট শূন্যপদ তিনটি। প্রাথমিক ভাবে নিযুক্তদের কাজের মেয়াদ থাকবে এক বছর। এর পর তাঁদের কাজের উপর নির্ভর করে এই মেয়াদ বাড়ানো হতে পারে।
উভয় পদে আবেদনকারীদের বয়স ৬৮ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে। সংস্থার নির্ধারিত নিয়ম মেনেই ‘রিটেনারশিপ’-এর ভিত্তিতে উভয় পদে নিযুক্তদের পারিশ্রমিক ধার্য করা হবে।
পার্ট টাইম মেডিক্যাল অ্যাডভাইসর পদে আবেদনকারীদের এমবিবিএস ডিগ্রির পাশাপাশি ন্যূনতম পাঁচ বছরের পেশাগত অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। একই ভাবে অন্য পদে আবেদন জানানোর জন্যও যোগ্যতার ভিন্ন মাপকাঠি ধার্য করা হয়েছে।
আগ্রহীদের বিজ্ঞপ্তি মোতাবেক ফরম্যাটে আবেদনপত্র-সহ সমস্ত নথি বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে উল্লিখিত মেল আইডিতে পাঠিয়ে আবেদন করতে হবে। আবেদনের শেষ দিন আগামী ২০ মার্চ। এর পর ইন্টারভিউয়ের মাধ্যমে বাছাই প্রার্থীদের যোগ্যতা যাচাই করে উভয় পদে নিয়োগ করা হবে। নিয়োগের শর্তাবলি বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য সংস্থার ওয়েবসাইট দেখে নিতে হবে প্রার্থীদের।
