    SQUARE DENIMS LIMITED a concern of SQUARE TEXTILES DIVISION is looking for highly competent candidates for the following competitive position:

    Executive, Compliance

    Major Duties and responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
    • Responsible for the audit of social compliance like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, HIGG, Technical audit, RSC audit, Security System Audit (C-TPAT), Management system audit (ISO).
    • Take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
    • Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    • Work to ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in the all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.
    • To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers & legal license as per law requirement.
    • To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers.

    Pre-requisite to apply:

    • MBA/ Masters in Human Resources Management.
    • 3-5 years of experience in core compliance management, preferably in the RMG sector or related industries.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Officer/ Executive, Commercial

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Understanding of LC and its terms and conditions.
    • Understanding of Documents retirement & acceptance process for Import.
    • Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export.
    • Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
    • Comply documentation of EPB related activities.
    • Maintain proper correspondents with merchandiser, factory, buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices.
    • Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import.

    Pre-requisite to apply:

    • M .Com/MBA with major in Finance
    • Minimum 02 years’ experience in commercial activities of RMG sector.
    • Good communication skill and well conversant with Computer applications.
    • Age: Below 30 years.

    Work Station: Head Office, Uttara, Dhaka
