    Sr. Executive/Executive – Compliance

    Prerequisite to apply:

    • MBA/BBA from Public/reputed Private University.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
    • Age: Maximum 35 years.

    Major duties and responsibilities:

    • Ability to face different type of technical, quality, security and compliance audit (CTPAT) like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, GOTS, OCS, RCS, ACCORD, ALLIANCE etc.
    • Organize and prepare all types of audit documents as per requirement.
    • Maintain logbook, certificates and buyers portal as per management instruction.
    • Monitor fire safety, occupational health and safety and environmental safety in work place and take corrective actions if required.
    • Regular floor visit to oversee compliance activities and take corrective actions if any non-compliance activity found.
    • Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide or conduct all types of required training as per buyer CoC and law.
    • Perform any other task assigned by the management.

    Work Station: Factory, Bhaluka, Mymensingh
