যোগ্যতা

যেকোনো স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে এমবিএ পাস প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। প্রার্থীর পূর্ববর্তী কাজের চার বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। সঙ্গে মাইক্রোসফট অফিসে ভালো দক্ষতা প্রয়োজন। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের ঢাকায়, হেড অফিসে নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।

বেতন ভাতা

বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে। এ ছাড়া অন্যান্য সকল প্রকার সুযোগ-সুবিধা দেওয়া হবে।
